Shipping policy
Payment & Shipping Times
We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK on the same day if received before 1pm and we have the item in stock. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Customers must allow upto 3 working days for delivery and upto 10 days before we will reship or refund orders.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes and a tracking number wuill be provided on dispatch.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.

Order Confirmations
You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
Any shipment outside of UK will be charged according to Hermes or Royal Mail prices for 1st or 2nd class tracked services. Cost of mail will be paid by the customer.
